1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PlaytestQuest (https://playtestquest.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain and constitute the entire agreement between you and l33t pro Services, the entity operating PlaytestQuest.

PlaytestQuest is a platform that connects video game developers with players who test games, provide feedback, and earn Fame points redeemable for rewards. The platform is operated by:

• You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
• One account per person is permitted. Creating multiple accounts may result in permanent suspension.
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms at any time.

4. Game Testing & Reviews

• Reviews submitted must be honest, based on your genuine experience with the game.
• Fake, spam, or incentivised (outside of Fame rewards) reviews are prohibited.
• Game access granted through PlaytestQuest is for testing purposes only. You may not distribute, copy, or stream unreleased game content without explicit permission from the developer.
• Developers retain all intellectual property rights to their games.
• PlaytestQuest reserves the right to approve, reject, or remove any review at its discretion.

5. Fame Points & Rewards

• Fame points are non-transferable and have no monetary value until redeemed through the Fame Store.
• PlaytestQuest reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Fame points system with reasonable notice.
• Fame points may be removed from accounts found to be engaged in fraudulent activity.
• Rewards availability is subject to stock and may change without prior notice.
• Hero Program cash rewards are subject to separate agreements and eligibility criteria.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or developers.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its systems.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to interact with the platform.
• Submit false information or impersonate any person or entity.
• Upload malicious code or content that could harm PlaytestQuest or its users.

7. Developer Terms

• Developers submitting games to PlaytestQuest confirm they have the rights to distribute the game for testing.
• Developers agree that user reviews collected through PlaytestQuest may be made public.
• PlaytestQuest does not guarantee a minimum number of testers or reviews.
• Developers are responsible for providing working and safe builds of their games.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the PlaytestQuest platform — including but not limited to logos, design, text, and code — is the property of l33t pro Services unless otherwise stated. User-submitted content (reviews, feedback) remains your property, but you grant PlaytestQuest a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and use it on the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

PlaytestQuest is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, l33t pro Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of data or interruption of service.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified via the platform or email. Continued use of PlaytestQuest after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
